Delivery of goods is possible in two ways: by picking up from the DELFI sports center or by delivering the courier to the home / pick-up terminal.

Product collection:

It is possible to collect the goods free of charge from DELFI Sports Center. Items can only be picked up on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00;

Delivery of goods by DPD courier:

Delivery of goods is free of charge in Lithuania if the purchase amount is equal to or higher than 30 Eur. For items up to 30 Eur, the delivery fee in Lithuania is 4.99 Eur directly to home or 2.99 to DPD pickup terminal. The delivery of the parcel to the Kuršių Nerija is subject to an additional charge of EUR 18. Goods in stock are delivered within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated) to all Lithuanian cities - to your home, office or other designated location. Goods with their estimated time of arrival will be delivered within 1-2 business days when the stock arrives. Before delivery of goods, we will coordinate with you the appropriate delivery time.

Attention: the goods can only be picked up by the person who placed the order or by the person indicated in the order or in the booking notes. It is necessary to present a personal identification document (passport, identity card or driver's license) when picking up the goods.

Available delivery time:

On working days 8.00 - 22.00: in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Tauragė, Telšiai, Utena.

Working days 8.00 - 18.00 in other cities and locations of Lithuania.

You can follow the status of the parcel by entering the parcel number (sent by e-mail when the item is shipped) to the "search and track tracking" box at the top of the DPD page, and you can also call the DPD customer service at tel. +370 5 210 6777.

When picking up the item from the courier, please check the packaging for damage (wet, torn, torn or otherwise externally damaged). If the package is damaged, the consignee must mark it down in the consignment receipt document. After signing this document without comment, the shipment is considered to have been shipped intact.
